The Kosciusko Housing Coalition (KHC), launched in 2025, is a group of local stakeholders working to address housing issues across our county. Spearheaded by Habitat for Humanity, this group meets throughout the year to learn, connect and collaborate.

Our focus is on three areas: supply and affordability; quality; and wrap-around services. Attendees range from realtors, builders and lenders to nonprofits, churches and government leaders.
